What's the most radical physical transformation you've seen a client make?
I have had clients transform not only physically but mentally and emotionally, and [some have] beat illness through exercise and nutrition. We have had a significant drop in weight and body fat in both men and women who have been committed and stuck to our program. Every one is different ... we specialize in personalized service and keep you accountable and on track. We are not focused on the number on the scale?we are focused on sharing our knowledge that this is a lifestyle, not a fad. We push for natural decreases in weight and body fat through hard work and commitment. There are no shortcuts, this is your body, and to learn how to make it work at it's natural potential is what we provide. You will see increased stamina, endurance, self-confidence, weight loss, body-fat reduction, drops in clothing sizes, strength, flexibility, and more. Who doesn't want to feel the best they have ever felt?
Do you run your gym according to a particular exercise philosophy?

Ben travelled the world during his time in the Army Medical Corps. He started in Air Assault school, helping soldiers reach their physical peak, before serving in El Salvador and Honduras where he helped soldiers learn to survive in the jungle, and then in Belgium where he trained soldiers for urban combat. But Ben's real passion to help others achieve physical health came when he came back to civilian life to help care for his ailing father. To best help him, Ben became a registered nurse, and from that moment on, has dedicated himself to helping others avoid preventable diseases and live life to the fullest. Today, he leads boot camp classes and personal training sessions, using his Army training to help clients of all levels reach their fitness goals, improve their nutrition, and boost their overall health.
At Funxional Chiropractic, the experienced, bilingual staff treats an array of conditions using traditional chiropractic methods. They employ Activator, Flexion-Distraction, and Thompson techniques to alleviate pain, physiotherapy exercises to rehabilitate injured body parts and fins, and nutrition exams and blood work to monitor wellness. To keep clients in fine fettle, the staff spearheads a handful of holistic programs. During nutrition consultations, a doctor pinpoints areas of impending dietary disaster, and suggests a list of supplements based on each client’s specific metabolic needs. Comprehensive wellness exams, on the other hand, go for the whole health hog. A medico analyzes blood work and performs a meticulous exam to eradicate the roots of anything from fatigue and headaches to restless leg and lily liver.
