The instructors at Crossfit PBA range from a former athlete reclaiming his competitive drive to another who passed out during his first CrossFit warm-up. No matter where they started, they all have one thing in common: they were immediately hooked. It's this same experience that they hope to instill in their clients and workout buddies, demonstrating that nearly all fitness goals can be reached. To do this, they continually educate themselves in CrossFit methodology in order to emphasize safe and efficient daily workouts.
