Yet, when kids go to Snip-its Kids Hair Salon and Spa, they get an adventure. Staffers first hand kids a Snip-its Adventure Club card, and then invite them to sing along with the salon's own cast of animated characters. There's Curly Comb, the adventurous Flyer Joe Dryer, and the group's leader, Snips, an anthropomorphized pair of scissors with a shock of brown hair. This same crew stars in computer games and activities that kids can play at each salon station, which dazzle eyes with more bright colors than a car covered in Lisa Frank stickers.
While their clients explore imaginative worlds, stylists use a proprietary line of natural and allergen-free products to create buzz cuts and bobs. At the end of the process, kids visit the Magic Box. The enchanted device awards kids a prize in exchange for a swatch of hair. Part art gallery, part salon, Alter Ego has two distinct faces. But like the layers of a chic haircut, the two blend together perfectly into something more creative. Here, clients choose from nine base styles, such as the BE Short (short, sassy, and textured hair) or the BE Glam (a bold, retro look). From there, they can choose add-ons including the BE Healthy treatment for split ends or the BE Pampered treatment for a 10-minute scalp and neck massage.
Style by Lynae pampers its clients with a variety of spa and salon services performed in a two-story relaxation oasis. Downstairs in the salon area, stylists cut hair and style it using high-quality products from reputable brands, including Paul Mitchell, Wella, Joico, and all-natural product line.
Upstairs, clients take advantage of the mini spa area’s nail services, facials, massages, and body wraps. Aestheticians de-gunk pores with facials, brighten teeth with whitening treatments, and dramatize eyes with eyelash extensions. The teeth whitening system is the same used in the Trump Towers. While undergoing any of these services, clients can forget about the stress of their jobs and the looming robot uprising while they sip on complimentary coffee, tea, or wine. Style by Lynae also offers spiritual card readings.
