Each day, the coaches at CrossFit Banana's warehouse-like training facility lead groups through CrossFit's intense workout of the day. Workouts are a daily changing series of functional exercises such as pull-ups, squats, and pushups. Due to the exercises' functional nature, each workout can be scaled for beginners and Incredible Hulks alike, which combined with the support from fellow exercisers helps make weight-loss efforts and fitness goals more manageable.

means several things to the trainers and exercisers who call this gym a second home. At CrossFit Providence, a staff of dedicated coaches draws from a diverse range of experiences to motivate and lead clients toward the pinnacle of health and fitness. Rather than parking participants on a treadmill or elliptical, CrossFit exercises build muscle and burn fat with high-energy interval workouts built on resistance and weightlifting.
Rather than having members continually saddle ellipticals and stare at plasma TV screens, Fitt 101 keeps bodies and minds engaged with a versatile regimen of cross-training, CrossFit, boxing, and cycling. Fitness experts guide newcomers through the 5,200-square-foot facility, building workout routines based on each client's specific needs. Trainees hoist barbells, toss medicine balls, leap on plyo boxes, and stretch resistance bands, burning fat while building lean, strong muscle.
Seven days a week, groups gather at AutoBox CrossFit to embark on a new workout. On any given day, Instructors may focus on everything from Olympic-style weightlifting to gymnastic techniques. At CrossFit Seekonk, instructors spur groups of students through intense, ever-changing rounds of CrossFit. The facility breaks beginners in slowly, allowing them to advance through different workout levels at their own pace. Typically, classes begin with a thorough warm-up, followed by a high-energy Workout of the Day (WOD) built around a variety of functional movements. Many of those movements utilize the facility's equipment, which includes climbing ropes, rings, and plenty of weights.
