They begin teaching boys and girls at age 12 months in Little Sprouts programs, which build coordination and balance. The Gym Class’s trainers lead boot camps that are both fun and effective. The boot camp blends traditional, callisthenic, and bodyweight exercises with interval training and strength training to help promote fat loss, often using equipment such as stability balls, battle ropes, and suspension training systems. Although most of Fun and Fit's classes center around Zumba, they still have plenty of variety. Zumba-toning, for example, combines maraca-like sticks with Latin dance moves to reduce fat, sculpt torsos, and calibrate the brain's metronome.
