In an effort to share this ardor with the public, she created Fromage to Yours, a company that holds classes and special events to educate people about this celebrated edible. In addition to her recently launched grilled cheese food truck, Mobile Meltz, Jackie teaches pupils about the art of making artisan cheeses such as mozzarella, halloumi, ricotta, and paneer, demonstrating tasteful techniques and dispelling myths that the holes in swiss cheese are formed by mini meteors training for future journeys to the moon. Fromage to Yours also orchestrates special events such as the Colorado Cheese Festival, which more than 150 samples of artisanal American cheese.

When it comes to coaching, owners of Boom Sports Guy and Traci have all the credentials you'd expect. Tracy played 15 years of basketball at the competitive level, including Division 1 college ball, and Guy was all-state in soccer. But it's their academic backgrounds that give them the edge, especially since many of the players they coach are only 18 months old. The duo holds degrees in psychology and neuroscience, and Traci is a qualified early childhood development teacher. They draw on their dual passions to help little ones develop motor and social skills with sports-based games and stories.

For older kids ages 4?10, Traci and Guy focus on fundamentals of football, basketball, and soccer?a sport the rest of the world calls goal-ball. The focus in these classes is to build up not only athletic skill, but also the confidence needed to tryout for and play on a team. Throughout any given week of classes, the coaches work on five to six fun activities, each demanding an increasingly deft touch. This approach gets kids acclimated with such skills as ball control or shooting technique in a non-intimidating, non-competitive way.

It's fast. It's fun. It's for the kids. Dance Dash 5K participants can walk or run the race, but everyone stops along the way to learn a new way to move. It might be a swing dance, a line dance, a hip-hop dance, or the secret steps of the Hokey Pokey. At the end of the race, the whole group brings their brand-new skills together for a huge, flash-mob dance party. It's all to benefit Children's Miracle Network Hospitals. As they raise additional funds through their personal fundraising page, participants can unlock incentives at certain levels along the way.

Elvis Cinemas invites wide-eyed audiences to plunge into the ocean, soar above the clouds, and traipse across stretches of barren desert, all from the comfort of a theater seat. Its trio of theaters shows Hollywood blockbusters but keeps ticket prices down by playing them slightly after their initial release, when the characters have learned from their mistakes and changed their movie’s plot accordingly. Unlike the massive movie corporations whose theater complexes pop up in every city and shopping mall, Elvis Cinemas is Colorado owned and operated and focuses all its attention on just three theaters.
