The Goju Training Center is a martial-arts academy created by Sensei Kenneth Everett, the founder of Goju-Robics. Goju-Robics is a cardio-kickboxing class that fuses self-defense with dance moves and traditional aerobics, a workout designed to burn calories and fill participants with energy.
