To Dan Kim, a red mango is something truly special. The fruit only becomes that color for a very brief time, when it's most ripe, most delicious, and most nutritious. This became an allegory for Dan, a frozen yogurt enthusiast, who was conceptualizing his first yogurt shop. He opened the first location in 2007, vowing to use all-natural ingredients that, like the red mango, are both tasty and healthy. His commitment to conscientious snacking certainly caught on, as the brand has since expanded to more than 200 locations throughout North and South America. In 2011, Red Mango took top honors for frozen yogurt shops and for healthy options in a Zagat poll.
In addition to being all-natural, Red Mango's award-winning yogurt satisfies a range of diets by being gluten-free, kosher, and low-fat or non-fat. Each of the nearly 50 flavors, which range from peanut butter to pomegranate, contains calcium, protein, and immune-boosting probiotics. Depending on the location, people can serve themselves or order from the full-service counter as they concoct sundaes crowned with anything from fresh fruit to peanut butter cups. The menu includes more than just fro-yo sundaes, however?it also features yogurt parfaits, Skinny Sorbettos, and fruit or boba smoothies. New greek yogurt varieties also delight palates with bulked up units of protein and calcium. In your own words, how would you describe your menu?
We have a very extensive menu serving everything from traditional pub fare to steaks, chops, and seafood.
Are there any dishes on the menu you consider to be a hidden gem?not necessarily the most popular, but surprisingly delicious?

J. Paul's is separated into two areas by double doors. On one side, customers can unwind in our newly remodeled sports-bar area?a perfect place to meet with friends to watch the big game on one of our 15 flat-screen TVs. On the other side of the doors is our 75-seat intimate and cozy dining room featuring both tables and booths, depending on your preference.

When not detailing playing-card cakes from moldable fondant, Get Baked prides itself on being a one-stop shop for lounging and noshing on all things crumbly sweet and oven baked. Fragrances of fresh-made focaccia, apple turnovers, and 100% Arabica blend coffee fill the quaint bakery where modern hanging lights dangle overhead like blown glass flowers. All instructors at Cosmic Kites Kiteboarding boast certifications from either the International Kiteboarding Organization or Professional Air Sports Association, and instill others with the knowledge they've gained during land- and water-based kiteboarding lessons. During land classes, students launch trainer kites, while water-based lessons allow pupils to skip wakes and mow overgrown seaweed while learning fundamentals. For more advanced or specialized instruction, the staff also teaches participants how to perform special maneuvers, tricks, and jumps on water. Additionally, the staff can introduce clients to a range of complete kitesurfing packages, as well as new or used boards and kites, and boots and wetsuits.
Helming additional locations in North Carolina and the Dominican Republic, Cosmic Kites currently sponsors two Dominican riders in their global quest on the World Kitesurfing Tour. When not supervising adrenaline-soaked adventures, Cosmic Kites maintains existing kiteboarding locations, works to open new ones, supports youth sporting events, and develops new ideas for boarding safety that aren't as costly as installing inflatable beaches.
Meats, cheeses, fruits, and veggies line the counters and display cases at DaVinci Gourmet Market, where chefs draw upon a palette of fresh ingredients to compose take-home entrees and catered meals each day. To-go containers nearly overflow with wild-rice salad or crab cakes, and entrees of grilled salmon or roasted chicken make for ephemeral table centerpieces. The sun rises over omelets and traditional two-egg breakfasts, and the lunch menu’s specialty paninis invoke the Leaning Tower of Pisa with their stacked toppings and unstable groundwork of toasted ciabatta bread.
Bagel Club's expansive menu ranges beyond its titular baked good, encompassing specialties such as pretzels and raisin-studded challah bread. Chefs also pile smoked fish—including sturgeon and lox—atop bagels, crack three eggs for each of their omelets, and fill sandwiches with deli meat or seafood salads. They can also add flavor to bagels or depleted scratch 'n' sniff stickers with more than a dozen specialty spreads, including chocolate-chip, spinach-and-garlic, and blueberry varieties of cream cheese.
