Franklin Yoga & Wellness's seasoned yogis Kaye and Guruatma Khalsa and their crew of qualified instructors strive to help patrons of all experience levels cultivate a harmonious coalition of mind, body, and spirit in a variety of classes. Dissolve stress and unleash caches of creative potential in Guruatma's Kundalini Yoga class, which blends a medley of postures, pranayam, mantra, music, and meditation to foster serenity and encourage self-healing. Core Yoga classes bestow benders with Hatha-style techniques that enhance flexibility and balance muscle groups, boosting overall strength and grace. Simple, repetitive poses and free dance foster fluid motion and meditation in Divine Moves, where the instructor bursts forth from an empty pizza box to teach the healing powers of silent, premeditated undulations and celebrate a triumvirate of earth, heart, and spirit. All of the enlightening exercises of Franklin Yoga & Wellness's flexible schedule take place amid a soothing atmosphere awash in muted colors, warm accents, and a gargantuan conch shell that constantly emits ocean noises.
For the past 15 years, owner and founder of The Yoga Studio Cathy Mann—a veteran yogi with two decades of experience—and her team of 10+ instructors have supported their client’s life quests with Hatha-yoga classes and wellness therapies. Seven days a week, students of all levels can attend a 60- to 75-minute yoga session which can accommodate those with injuries, chronic pains, and headaches. Each class—from flow yoga to gentle yoga for beginners—is designed to help reduce stress as the body receives a deep stretch and the muscles become stronger and leaner.
Along with teaching yoga classes, owner Cathy and instructor Jana—who both have 15+ years experience in the holistic healing field—also help clients restore and rejuvenate their energy levels with a variety of healing art therapies including Thai bodywork, acupuncture, and workshops on nutrition and spiritual teachings.

Owner Richard Lanza began Open Doors as a metaphysical healing center and store in 1992, and he carried that healing spirit into the yoga studio he opened in 2003. At Open Doors Yoga Studios, Richard's goal is to create a space where people feel empowered to explore their personal beliefs on a path toward self-healing. Thus, yoga instructors at the studio's numerous locations help practitioners achieve their personal goals through accessible classes, each designed to build core strength while quieting the mind and increasing body awareness. From slow-flow heated classes to unheated Hatha sessions, students can participate in a variety of yoga styles geared toward beginners, more experienced participants, and those who only feel comfortable in a 98-degree room.
The instructors at Easton Yoga Center give each student individual attention, focusing on alignment and performing proper poses. They also modify poses for students with injuries and health conditions. Easton Yoga Center offers an array of classes ranging from gentle yoga to the more intense stretching of Vinyasa sessions.
