  • Le Painted Grape
Signature service: Wine Glass Painting Classes Reservations/Appointments: Required Established: 2014 Staff Size: 2?10 people Average Duration of Services: 1?2 hours Pam Lester has spent her life as an artist, painting or designing floral arrangements, and teaching skills to other aspiring creatives. Eventually she noticed the profusion of wine and canvas painting classes that popped up around her, and, like any good artist, decided to creatively iterate on the idea. She founded Le Painted Grape, a mobile wine glass painting business that offers classes at wine bars and wineries around the Dallas-Fort Worth area. Pam leads her pupils through customizing their wine glasses with simple, step-by-step lessons. She changes up the designs she teaches frequently. In the spring, for instance, she teaches students to paint their glasses as if they are opening flowers, with green stems, and petals that cup the bottom of the wine glass. She includes all necessary supplies in the cost of a class, and encourages guests to purchase wine at the venue.

  • Yoganics
Like snowball fights and hurt feelings, health and happiness are inevitably linked. The team at Yoganics understands this, and they work to promote total well-being through the practice of yoga paired with customizable liquid cleanses that last one to three days and begin with an individual consultation. Clients can fully stretch out achy limbs as they sweat through hot-yoga classes, or run through poses in good company during family yoga sessions. A Girl’s Night Out class and Broga—a strength-based workout for guys—are also part of the lively lineup. To supplement exercises, staff also sell juices, shots, smoothies, and more from organic and locally grown produce.

  • Kaitlynn Marie Photography
Ever since I was little I wanted to be an artist. I tried all kinds of things- music, painting, drawing, even pottery. I was never very good at any of it, but I loved it all. Then I discovered photography. I figured out how to translate my ideas into pictures and fell in love with it.
