Co-owner Rozanne Englehart and most of the experienced instructors, hold RYT 200 or RYT 500 certifications, and all welcome students of any experience level into their classes. And though their main mission is to align bodies promote strength, toning, and flexibility, instructors don’t lose sight of yoga’s capacity for relaxation, body awareness, and mental clarity, as evidenced by the studio’s candlelight restorative yoga classes.

At Full Circle Yoga wellness has to do with more than physical fitness. While instructors tone and firm clients' physiques, offering meditation, pranayama, and hatha yoga classes, they also hold one-on-one healing sessions, lead nutritional yoga, and perform reiki energy work. Try the Sunrise Yoga Flow class, with moves designed to wake up sleepy limbs, or drop into the Gentle Yoga with Meditation session, designed to relax and de-stress the mind and body. After, have a one-on-one healing session to help balance the body and energy systems.
What makes it great: Multiple locations, each with 50-plus classes per week, certified teacher training, customizable private programs, and all-inclusive retreats to both domestic and international destinations.
