As they enter the training circle at Curves, female guests come face-to-face with the smiles of other women. And just as points on a circle share a common distance from the circle's center, workout participants share the experiences of those nearby, trading stations throughout the 30-minute training session. 30 seconds is spent on a piece of strength-training equipment and designed to work opposing muscle groups. Exercisers then move on to a cardio station, where they run, jog, or dance to maintain heart rates.

Lose weight. Tone up. Have fun. These three things don’t always go hand in hand. But set to the beats of Latin and hip-hop music, Fantastic’s Zumba classes lets exercisers achieve all these things in sessions offered several times per week. With several certified and qualified instructors, class sizes also remain small so guests can take part in heart-pumping workouts while receiving their fair share of personal attention and motivation.
