During the classes, whose small size combines the intimacy of personal training with the motivational support of group sessions, students use their own body weight and equipment such as medicine balls, TRX straps, and dumbbells, and earn bracelets while learning the Keystone Movements—the basis of a system designed to develop areas such as endurance and strength. Current spends the five-minute warm-ups and cooldowns that bookend each class sharing nutritional and stress-management advice, discussing topics such as portion control or why scheduling black-belt testing on your wedding day is a bad idea.
