Miami Beach GYROTONIC® combines the flowing exercises of GYROTONIC® and GYROKINESIS® methodologies, which are both designed to strengthen and stretch the body through three-dimensional movements and breathing patterns. The GYROTONIC EXPANSION SYSTEM® uses combination pulley tower units and other specialized equipment, while the GYROKINESIS® exercise method emphasizes spinal movement through the use of a mat, a stool, and various rhythmic, undulating movements.
All private sessions and group classes are led by the studio's eclectic team of trainers, whose backgrounds in music, ballet, and movement sciences swirl into a pool of professionalism. A group class provides the added encouragement of fellow sweaters, while private classes can be tailored to your needs and allow you to gain an intimate understanding of the exercise systems. Private lessons are booked at your convenience and group classes are scheduled throughout the week.
