Inside IThinkFit's 11,000-square-foot facility, certified personal trainers, Sean Harley and Heath Michael Murray, help clients to lose weight and build lean muscle through a training-and-nutrition package. Four weeks of unlimited fit camp—which has a camper-to-trainer ratio of 8:1—allows clients to swap out an old fitness routine of bench-pressing the neighbor's overweight cat or Garfield collection for one that mixes free weights and kettlebells with Pilates, plyometrics, and cardio. Classes are held seven days a week and change each day so the body doesn't adapt to one mundane activity and incur the drawbacks of plateauing.

A consultation takes stock of the client's fitness goals and lifestyle, which helps trainers to create a custom nutrition plan for each individual. To further understand their bodies, clients undergo the InBody 230 body-fat analysis, which evaluates body composition including lean body mass, percent body fat, total body water, and amount of rice swallowed at your last wedding. The staff prints out results on a user-friendly sheet that can be displayed proudly above the mantel.
