Cranberry Orange Quick Bread Mix

  • Directions: preheat oven to 350 degrees. Presoak cranberry packet (code-bk) in 1/3 cup water for 1 minute in microwave or in 1/3 cup hot water for 15 min. Combine the flour package, undrained cranberry packet with 2 eggs, 1/2 cup milk and 1/4 cup melted butter or margarine in a bowl. Stir until blended. Pour batter into a greased loaf pan (9x5x4-inch). Bake approximately 45-50 minutes or until toothpick inserted in middle comes out clean.


Pumpkin Cranberry Streusel Quick Bread Mix

  • Ingredients: self-rising enriched flour bleached ((wheat flour, leavening (sodium aluminum phosphate, baking soda, calcium sulfate, monocalcium phosphate), salt, malted barley flour, niacin, iron, thiamin mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid)), sugar, dried cranberries, brown sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg.

  • Directions: preheat oven to 350 degrees. Presoak cranberries in 1/3 cup hot water for 10 minutes. In a mixing bowl, combine all packages except streusel (top) with undrained presoaked cranberries, 1 egg, 1/4 cup melted butter/margarine and 1/2 cup milk. Stir until blended. Place batter into a greased loaf pan (9x5x4-inch). Mix small package (top) with 1 tablespoon melted butter/margarine. Sprinkle on top of the bread batter. Bake approximately 45-55 minutes or until toothpick inserted in middle comes out clean.


Raspberry Cream Cheese Swirl Quick Bread Mix

  • Ingredients: self-rising enriched flour bleached ((wheat flour, leavening (sodium aluminum phosphate, baking soda, calcium sulfate, monocalcium phosphate), salt, malted barley flour, niacin, iron, thiamin mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid)), sugar, cream cheese seasoning ((cream cheese powder (cream cheese [pasteurized milk, cheese culture, salt, carob bean gum], nonfat milk, cultured cream, sodium caseinate, lactic acid, citric acid, disodium phosphate, natural flavors, bha), sugar, fructose, modified food starch, citric acid, natural flavor, guar gum, and lactic acid, less than 2% silicon dioxide added to prevent caking)), raspberry flavored apple nuggets (apples, citric acid, malic acid, natural flavors, artificial colors [red #40 & blue #1]) and natural & artificial flavoring.

  • Directions: preheat oven to 350 degrees. Presoak together raspberry nuggets (marked- bl) and one of the packets (marked-y) in 1/3 cup hot water for 15 minutes or 1/3 cup cold water for for 1 minute in microwave. This mixture will be thin/juicy. Combine large flour package (marked-14) with 1 egg, 1/4 cup melted butter or margarine, and 1/2 cup milk. Stir until blended. Batter will be stiff. Mix cream cheese packet (marked-2) with 2 tablespoons of water. Spread 1/2 batter into a greased loaf pan (9x5x4-inch), spread raspberries over top, then swirl cream cheese through the raspberries and batter. Drop remaining batter by teaspoon dollops evenly over the top and sprinkle with remaining packet (marked-y). Bake for 40 minutes or till done.
