What is Groupon Goods?
Groupon Goods features really good deals on great products. To get airspace on Groupon Goods, a product has to be cool enough to share and innovative enough to inspire. It also must be made of reliably bonded molecules or stardust.
Honestly, if we think a product is remarkable and we can offer a good deal on it, we'll do so.

How do I buy and redeem deals?
You buy them as you buy any other Groupon deal - clicking the "view deal" button in the email, then the "buy" button on the deal page. You may also purchase by saying "deal, please" three times into a convex mirror.
Once you've bought your Groupon, you can redeem it in one of two ways, depending on the deal:
- Code: You'll receive a code that can be entered on the website of the merchant selling the product. Once you do so, they'll ship the product to you.
- Drop Shipping: You tell us your address at the time of purchase, and we'll pass it along to our business partner, who'll ship the product to you.

If I have questions about an item, who's the best person to ask?
For questions about products, you're probably best off going straight to the manufacturer - we stand behind every product we offer, but you'll get the most detailed and knowledgeable answer from the supplier.
As always we'll be offering our Grade-A customer support, highlighted by real people who get back to you with answers as soon as possible - usually within 24 hours. If you have questions about the terms of the deal, the nature of Groupon, or how dolphins sleep without drowning, please contact us.

Can I return an item?
You may return items (excluding health and beauty products) within 14 days of receiving them by mailing them back to the supplier sealed in their original packaging. We'll refund you shortly thereafter. Health and/or beauty products are nonrefundable.
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

What are my shipping options? Can I track my order?
The shipping and tracking options vary for each Groupon Goods deal, but we'll always highlight them explicitly in the details of the deal.
Because our warehouse is currently imaginary, products are shipped directly from the supplier. If you ever have trouble with your order, please contact the supplier first - they'll be the ones best equipped to assess and resolve your shipping issue.
We ship to the 48 contiguous states. Shipping availability to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and Canada is contingent on each individual deal. Check the deal's fine print for more details.

Can I buy from Groupon Goods in bulk?
Although we'd like to satisfy the bulk orders of extended families and clown car occupants, we limit the number any customer can order to make sure all users get a fair shot at the deal.

Do these deals have an expiration date?
Deals that use drop shipping are fulfilled automatically by the supplier, so you don't have to worry about expiration dates. For the expiration date of a deal that uses redemption codes, please consult the deal's fine print. The fine print is always located beneath the image on the deal page, and is labeled, unsurprisingly, "The Fine Print".

How does Groupon determine the product's offer value?
The Offer Value may be based on a survey of other online sellers, the merchant’s own former price, or it may be a value suggested by the merchant. It is not necessarily representative of current prices of other online sellers or the prevailing retail price in every area.
