Tier-Two Menu Choices
The Tier-Two Menu costs an additional $20 for the two-person option and an additional $40 for the four-person option.
Choose one appetizer:

• Cold boiled shrimp with fresh-lime cocktail sauce
• Curry-roasted cauliflower soup

Choose one entree:

• Tilapia picatta with linguine and lemon-caper sauce
• Corn-chip crusted shrimp with tomatillo salsa, mushrooms, spinach, and corn

• Grilled salmon with whole-grain mustard sauce, grilled asparagus, and herbed cous cous

• Crispy goat-cheese salad with baby greens, tomato, and lemon vinaigrette
• Thai crunch salad with baby greens, fresh herbs, veggies, and red-thai-curry peanut sauce

Choose one entree:

• Maine lobster risotto with baby green peas
• Grilled beef tenderloin with rosemary demi-glace, roasted-garlic baby potatoes, and vegetable medley
• Pan-seared Chilean sea bass with root-vegetable mash and sautéed broccoli rabe
• Pan-seared duck breast with oriental glaze, baby bok choy, and pearl pasta
