  • Monday and Wednesday, 6:30 p.m.
  • Tuesday and Thursday, 7:30 p.m.
  • Saturday at 9 a.m.

Baby Boomer Boot Camp Classes

  • Monday–Friday, 5:30 p.m.

Muay-Thai Classes

  • Monday, Wednesday, Friday, 7:30 p.m.
  • Monday–Friday, 6:30 a.m.
  • Saturday, 12 p.m.

All classes are one hour each.
