Excelling in the art of dance requires patience, swanlike grace, and a pair of feet strong enough to squeeze two lumps of coal until milk comes out. Massage coal teats into a dance bucket with today's Groupon: for $39, you get a 10-class pass for adult dance classes at the Pittsburgh Ballet Theatre School (up to a $130 value), located in the Strip District near the heart of downtown. Recognized as one of the nations' top institutes for dance education, the Pittsburgh Ballet Theatre School offers dance education to more than 800 students of all ages and skill levels. Under the direction of artistic director Terrence S. Orr, the theater strives to design a well-rounded and thorough curriculum. A 10-class pass allows students to take any adult ballet, hip-hop, Pilates, or cardio-kickboxing classes. Ballet classes are available for a range or ability levels; intro to ballet requires no previous experience, and intermediate and advanced classes will help experienced dancers perfect their splits, plies, and triple-axel spin kicks. Classes are held throughout the week in the school's modern facility, which has five spacious studios with newly installed Harlequin floors.
As part of the larger Pittsburgh Ballet Theatre, the school is proud to continue educating Pittsburgh-area residents about ballet, dance, and the dangers of untrained hip gyration. Opened in the 1970s, both the school and the theater have grown to among the largest in the nation. All classes at the school help students improve their physical conditioning, core strength, posture, and ability to balance on check books.

The Groupon Guide to: Hiking
Unlike all other forms of exercise, hiking is done outside of the home. Here are some quick tips for those aspiring to join the NHL (National Hiking League):
- Get yourself a sturdy walking stick, such as a broken tree limb or the tibia of late NBA star Manute "The Tall-and-Skinny Refrigerator" Bol.
- Find harmony with nature by only hiking with Boyz II Men.
- Be careful. Trails not marked with the Batman logo are not protected by Batman.
- Don't forget to buy some trail mix or make your own using tiny pumpkins, live bees, paint chips from the Mona Lisa, pennies, Lil' Pennies, and craisins.
