Like a box of fine china or a man covered in ants, cocktails just beg to be shaken. Stir up the nightlife with today's Groupon: for $50, you get one ticket to the Pittsburgh Whiskey and Fine Spirits Festival (a $100 value) at the East Club Lounge at Heinz Field on Friday, November 18 from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m.

The mixologists at the Pittsburgh Whiskey and Fine Spirits Festival pour inventive and classic samples of premium spirits from around the world during a relaxing evening of glass clinking. One ticket ushers guests into the plush East Club Lounge, bedecked in a Mad Men theme and saturated with sampling stations, live music, and the din of repeated toasts to the inventor of krumping. In addition to sips of whiskey, scotch, vodka, gin, rum, tequila, and cordials, servers balance samples of appetizers that can be stored in mouths to keep delighted squeals to a minimum during the silent auction, the proceeds of which benefit the National Multiple Sclerosis Society’s Western Pennsylvania Chapter. Though this year's lineup is still pending, last year's festival housed an extensive list of vendors.

The Groupon Guide to: Tattoos

As society becomes more thoughtful and responsible, tattoos have become more popular than ever. This is thanks to a growing segment of the population that can reason a lifetime commitment to a visual interpretation of a philosophy or concept emblazoned on the ultimate canvas—the one stretched across their skeleton. What were the most popular tattoos of last year?

  • Mother's maiden name
  • Wolf howling at yin-and-yang symbol
  • Thorny rose vines weaving around neck to form jaunty bow tie
  • Access code for bathroom at temp job
  • Toaster with piece of toast popping out, the word "freedom" burnt across the face of the toast
  • Skeleton wearing a top hat
  • Skeleton wearing the skeleton of a top hat
  • Marilyn Monroe's character from The Seven Year Itch and Audrey Hepburn's character from Breakfast at Tiffany's with their heads reversed
  • Excerpt from poem about motorcycles
  • An anchor, to symbolize one's dream of becoming a news anchor
