Make your food selection by first selecting your crust (original organic white, multigrain, or gluten free, which is only available in large) and size (personal or large). Pizza Fusion's extensive list of creative specialty pies includes options for vegans, vegetarians, and meat lovers. Load up on dairy with the four cheese and sun-dried tomato, a melted lactose-fest of goat cheese, mozzarella, provolone, and parmesan (starting at $10). Carnivoyeurs will appreciate the barbecue-chicken pizza, a circular way to enjoy free-range chicken slathered in barbecue sauce with roasted red onion, garlic, basil, and cheese (starting at $10), whereas fans of vegetables can sink their enamel pitchforks into the Farmers Market pizza, an edible crust-plate piled with artichokes, red onions, roasted zucchini, and roasted portobellos (starting at $9). For vegans, Pizza Fusion's Very Vegan pie (starting at $9), topped with crimini mushrooms, roasted garlic, tomato sauce, and soy vegan cheese, makes mouths water without asking animals to give the ultimate sacrifice.
Pizza Fusion applies its same eco-beliefs to sandwiches ($9–$10), salads and starters ($5–$10), and a modest selection of desserts ($3–$4.75). Plus, it serves all-natural soft drinks. High-five Mother Nature while enjoying organic eats with a meal at Pizza Fusion.
