Yoga is unique in that it is the only medieval physical fitness art that does not involve firing crossbows at a grendel. Bend and stretch bloodlessly with today's Groupon: for $15, you get three heated yoga classes at Yoga at Cindy's in Sunnyvale. Though this Groupon doesn't expire for six months, all three classes must be taken within a one-month time frame.

Yoga at Cindy's takes a variety of yoga styles and places them into a heated environment. Using hot air harvested from the egos of smug astronauts, the rooms are heated between 90 and 98 degrees, which leads to improved detoxification and warm, malleable muscles. The studio offers classes for all levels, from non-nimble newcomers to yoga veterans as flexible as the space-time continuum. A flexible schedule ensures that students will find a time to engage in heated flexing no matter the night shift, 9-to-5, or sub-temporal job. Each one is led by a friendly, experienced instructor who will keep the class quality high, while maintaining a non-competitive, healthy environment.

Heated yoga practice is an excellent way to purge a clogged system of malingering toxins, re-center a topsy-turvy nervous system, and build stamina from a slushy puddle to an upright, impervious snowman. Whether engaging in vinyasa or more vigorous power flows, the charming atmosphere at Cindy's is an ideal place to get into a committed routine. From the neutral-hued lobby, dotted with potted plants and eastern decorative touches, to the airy expanse of the gossamer curtain-lined studio, the yoga center exudes an air of relaxation.

Not valid for prenatal classes or workshops.

Groupon Says

Getting Warmer

Hot Yoga promotes detoxification and flexibility, but some beginners prefer to get there gradually, raising the thermostat a few increments before each new class. What distinguishes the steps between Hot Yoga and its room-temperature incarnation?
Tepid Yoga: Collective crankiness of the room elevates by .06 Riptorns, the standard metric unit of crankiness named for Men in Black II star and noted crank Rip Torn.
Muggy Yoga: Any dogs in attendance will rest their head on the floor, allowing the tongue to flop outside of the mouth like a tiny sleeping bag.
Sticky Yoga: Sessions become dominated by popular poses such as the "Sprawling Lizard" and the "Downing Entire Bottle of Water with Inadvisable Haste."
Toasty Yoga: Comfort level plateaus with temperature adjustment, and practitioners will simultaneously put on sunglasses. Where is that reggae coming from?
Steamy Yoga: The communal pyramid of chocolate bars oozes into a delectable fondue, and afterward no one will confess to being the one who took the step of shutting the blinds.
