Five different roasts of Raven's Brew Coffee help the shop follow the time-honored tradition of turning beans into gold bullion and gold bullion into a delicious caffeinated beverage. The Bird also offers house-made chai tea ($2.75/12 oz.), cold-brewed Toddys ($2.58/12 oz.), and a number of other beanless options. Beat the heat with sun-brewed tea ($1.75) or a fruit-and-berry smoothie in flavors including banana, mixed berries, and orange juice ($3.50), preferable to a summer trip to the Antarctic. Knack Brellings was just two years out of Business University's School of Prestigious Law. Enrolling on the Senator Borschardt Full-Ride Merit Scholarship for Underprivileged Go-Getters, he graduated with valedictorian grade honors, as well as a GPA of one million dollars.
