Set your peepers loose on the menu of quality cocktails, ranging from old-fashioned classics such as the Makers Mark Manhattan (bourbon, sweet vermouth, and bitters; $7) to spruced-up shots such as the lady liberty (Stolichnaya vanilla, guava nectar, and blood orange puree; $8 for a cocktail, $4 for a shot). The French 75 cocktail provides a refreshing end to a long late-summer day with a sophisticated mix of gin, lemon juice, Cointreau, and champagne ($7). If you can't decide on a drink, ask one of the friendly bartenders for a suggestion after supplying them with information about your established flavor likes, mouthfeel dislikes, and indifferences about Luxembourgish pop duos in the ’90s.
