Only issue I had was when I tried to redeem the coupon it was not in their system and was rejected. Costco issued a guest pass and had to return another day to redeem the coupon.

The store is great, most of the staff are incredible, but I applied for a Costco credit card and somehow my details have been 'lost'. Leaves me feeling vulnerable re:I'd theft.

The clerk pushed a little too hard to upsell. I didn't like that. But I like the store and what it has to offer.

The gentle who registered me after I purchased off groupon was extremely helpful .the only problem was I stood in a line up (not enough employees ) to register and received a temporary card now I have to stand in a line up again to have my picture taken to receive my permanent card .

Very easy to use the Groupon. I got a coupon for the chicken, Salad and the gift card. Great!

hi, I purchased a groupon for Costco but did not understand that I had to put it on my phone to show person when I became a member.. they (Aman) went out of his way to call the Groupon people to try and track down my purchase on line.. he did after a lot of conversation with Groupon. Very patient with me and I am so thankful for that..i felt bad for the people who were lined up behind me..but other Costco personnel helped them too in a timely manner..then away I went SHOPPING!!
