Service was poor and food was horrible. They were 5 hours late on delivery and missed the first delivery completely. Overall it sucked.

Everything was nicely packaged and it was convenient to have it delivered at my choice of times but I was not impressed with the food. Cheese plate and fruit seemed like something from the grocery store. Sides arrived frozen without heating instructions. Dessert had leaked during transport. Delivery didn't feel professional, driver forgot to ask for payment until I volunteered it. Fried turkey was probably good but without heating instructions dried out in the final on site prep. All in all a good value and convenient but not gourmet quality.

They are completely unprofessional and unreliable. I wrote a LONG letter to your customer service group explaining why and that I wanted a complete refund...which I received. I called a week in advance to order the food for an annual party at my house and asked that it be delivered by 2 p.m. that day. (I wanted to get it early and then warm it up before my guests arrive so everything would be in place). Then they said that was inconvenient for them so I said, ok but I had to have it by 5 because the dinner was at 6 p.m. The woman on the phone, Victoria, assured me that it would be delivered by 5. The last time I spoke with a representative, again Victoria, was at 5:20 that day and she said someone was on their way with the food and then she apparently turned off her phone. At 7 p.m., we still had NOTHING. My husband and I had to track down another caterer (which meant I was on the phone in our home making call after call to find someone who could provide that much food with no notice and with 20 people at my house waiting to eat ranging in age from 8 to 80). Central Market agreed to help so Pete went to pick it up so we paid twice and it was unbelievably stressful. I spent no time with my guests because I was dealing with the lack of food for 2 hours. Finally around 7:15 a woman arrived with a turkey, dressing and a pie...no sweet potatoes or green beans or several other things I had ordered...and no apology either. She said she didn't know what time she was supposed to bring it. I told her that turning off your phone when you are catering an event is absolutely unacceptable...as is being a complete no show for 2 hours and then not bringing what I ordered. I truly thought I would receive an apology phone call the next day for having ruined my event but no, I never heard a thing back from them. My husband is a partner in a large law firm here and I had told the woman when I first booked it that if they did a good job, I would really like to use them to cater other parties here...WOW. Never again. And I will be sure none of my friends ever uses them either. They obviously have ZERO interest in serving their clients. Stuart's Horrific Lack of Services would be a better name.

Horrible experience. Food was awful and my Christmas meal was ruined. We never received half of the items ordered including the turkey!!!! Awful beyond words! However Groupon handled this beautifully and credited my accounts.

This company should NOT be in business. Ridiculous, undependable, never met one commitment, food was unappealing and spoiled. I bought this groupon in Nov. for Thanksgiving. At 8pm on Wed. found out My order would not be filled. Decided to try again on Christmas. The food was delivered 24 hrs late and was unedible. I was shafted and so was groupon - if you havent paid this company- DON'T - as im sure you've had to refund all the groupons sold.

They did not have my order correct, even after several times I went over it with them. I went to pick it up and they did not tell me they discontinued an item I ordered even though I had confirmed my order only two days before I picked up my food. Then one item was not given to me. They said they would deliver it that day. My dinner was at 7. They delivered at 8:30! Awful expereance!

Stuart's delivered a 21.55 ounce turkey breast for 12 people. This comes out to about 1.8 ounces per person. There were also no instructions on how to warm up the food. When I called, the lady I spoke to said she would have a delivery service bring me another turkey breast. The delivery never showed up. Stuart's never called me back to explain or apologize. I also asked them to email me the instructions to warm up the food. The person copied and pasted the instructions from yahoo answers word for word (I had been trying to find directions before she called me back)!! To top it off, I called the next day to talk about what happened, and they wouldnt call me back! This business is unprofessional, unreliable, and a joke. I would not recommend his business to anyone!

As you should know since you had to refund customers,the company did not provide the catered meal as ordered. I was not informed that my Thanksgiving dinner would not be provided until Thanksgiving. When I contacted the company they stated they were told by Groupon not to contact the customers. Very disappointed with Stuart's and Groupon.
