Like a lot of moms, Janna Tang was tired. Seven years after giving birth, she was still staring longingly at the skinny clothes in her closet and chalking her extra 20 pounds up to baby weight. Gym memberships and diets had failed to motivate her over the years, but then a friend told her about Zumba. Although Janna had no technical dance training, she quickly fell in love with the upbeat workouts that set simple choreography to latin rhythms to help tone muscle and burn calories. Today, a fitter, happier Janna has turned that love into being an instructor.
