"Local" is more than just a buzzword at Ernesto's—it's the bedrock on which they run their business. All of their ingredients—whether they're the crisp vegetables for the pressed paninis or the basil for the margarita pizzas—hail from a local source. These and other ingredients compliment their fresh Italian dishes with sizzling appetizers, golden fried wings, and homemade desserts, such as cannoli, cheesecake, and fried Oreos. And their experienced staff still prepares its own sausage and mozzarella, making this family-owned and operated business a staple in the area since 1949.
