A lot can happen in 30 minutes. At Sayon Fitness, a half hour is all it takes to get through a full workout with cardio, stretches, and strength training. Expert trainers lead these small group classes, giving ample personal attention to each student as he or she works toward a slimmer, toned physique. The trainers also work with exercisers privately, accommodating clients who don't want to expose their super powers.
