RJ Williams, owner and master trainer of 180 Degrees Fitness Solutions, believes there are three main components of a healthy lifestyle: fitness, nutrition, and massage. During training and conditioning, RJ leads one-on-one personal-training sessions and encourages small groups through intense boot-camp-style fitness classes that focus on agility and strength. RJ also helps guests stay healthy with a variety of nutrition services that range from nutrition boot camps to grocery-store guidance and mental exercises to help gradually forget that bakeries exist.
