CrossFit North Park is led by expert coaches who inspire, teach and support your growth and development safely. Our foundation session is key to getting started on the right foot. The community environment is awesome and the other athletes in the class are a huge part of your support structure to keep you focused, motivated and feeling happy. Do you believe in the maxim, "No pain, no gain?? Why or why not?
Yes and no: results come through challenging your body physically and mentally. Just as with any endeavor, you must get out of your comfort zone to see improvements and reach your goals. Injury is never a goal, but you must challenge yourself to be better each day?safely.

If you like to be part of a team, you want to be better than you are now, and are willing to work for it, CrossFit North Park is for you. It does not matter how fit you are or aren't right now.
