The interior of a business can affect how its customers feel. What kind of decor do you use to help make your clients feel pampered and at ease?
We are a classy and clean, up scale full service salon. We play relaxing music in the treatment rooms, and offer complimentary beverages.
What is the best reaction you’ve ever gotten from a client?
I take a lot of time and care to connect with each client and relate to them on a personal level. I often receive a hug at the end of the service, just because they are so happy that they were able to feel so at ease and comfortable with me and the service.
What steps do you take to make your clients feel at ease?
My number one priority is for my client to feel completely comfortable and at ease with me performing their service. I take my time to answer any questions and to explain the service to the client.
