Membership offered without the groupon is crazy expensive ($150 downpayment + $89 a month). I would not join the club outright unless I was filthy rich. But the groupon price is great! For what it's worth, the workouts are excellent. I couldn't ask for more. They push you hard and don't hold back. Both cardio and strength training.

Be prepared for a good tough workout. The staff is very friendly, helpful, and have great positive attitudes and always ready with words of encouragement. They have class schedules to fit anyone's schedule so they take away the excuses not to go workout. Overall this has been a very positive experience.

get ready for a physically challenging workout of your core and upper body. don't eat within an hour or two. be well hydrated. they have all levels so experience is NOT an issue
