Jake’s Bar and Grill's menu wrangles up straggling taste buds with fresh American fare made from succulent, quality ingredients. Hawaiian-infused corona shrimp with pineapple chili sauce ($5.99) parade extravagantly before larger, more landlocked southwestern entrees emerge, such as the signature 12-ounce apricot chipotle pork chop ($13.99) or the 8-ounce choice black Angus filet mignon ($19.99), both served with a choice of baked potato, steak fries, or sweet-potato fries. Diners with an appetite for handheld nourishment can choose from a multitude of burgers, including the poblano burger, an 8-ounce black Angus patty topped with a roasted poblano red pepper, pepper-jack cheese, and grilled onions ($8.49). The menu also features sandwiches and seafood, as well as decadent desserts such as the chocolate turtle bundt cake, a dark-chocolate truffle wrapped in a warm, dark-chocolate cake and a dark-chocolate attitude ($5.49).
