The Fitness Lounge encourages outer and inner health in a workout-gym environment with the personality of an intimate studio. Inventive and stimulating classes like Piloxing (which combines Pilates and boxing), Flirty Tease & Tone, Core Cycling, and Relax & Revive Yoga keep muscles from getting bored and texting stretch jokes to their friends during class. Instructors—all certified in their fitness specialty—tailor workouts to individuals’ goals and shoelace length. Food and human reconcile their differences during a nutrition consultation to determine challenges and goals. Follow-up sessions, held either at the gym or in a living room, restaurant, grocery store, or cornfield of the customer's choice, inspire food choices that are both healthy and tasty. The Fitness Lounge’s pep talks, menu parsing, and progress reports work in conjunction with fitness classes to decrease weight and ramp up energy.
