Core-Camp classes are part of a full-fledged fitness and nutrition system designed to deliver a healthy lifestyle to dedicated practitioners. With a month of unlimited access to the schedule of indoor and outdoor classes, you'll have ample opportunities to be under the steely but compassionate gaze of a panel of skilled personal trainers. During the classes, you'll engage in boot-camp-style fitness that takes aim with numerous accoutrements, such as kettlebells, stability balls, medicine balls, resistance bands, and more. Flex, bend, and strengthen every expanse in your federation of limbs, all while supporting fitness goals with Core-Camp's nutrition plan. This not-a-diet diet includes grocery lists, meal plans, and face-to-face advice on how to reshape your relationship with food from an episode of Maury to the tail end of a couple's therapy retreat.
