Surprised!!! I was told that every 2oz they use for my highlights I would be charged an additional 17 dollars and then they recommended additional treatments at 37 dollars. So by the time I was done I was out an additional almost $100.00. The blow out looked like I stuck my finger in a light socket and the cut horrible barely touched my hair. So so disappointing 1st and definitely last time I go

As soon as you get seated, they will tell you that they won't accept Groupon, even if you mentioned that you have Groupon on time of making appointment. Then they will act like they are doing huuuge favor to you accepting it. Bad/rude customer service. Not happy with job that was done. It was my first time in this salon, and looks like the last . Would not go back for sure.

As previous reviewers have stated, this is a bait and switch. A business should have to honor what it sold: A single process color. Alas, I only received a root touch up and the color was too dark. The photo is very deceptive. I suggest not buying a groupon from this salon.
The stylist was nice. She has long finger nails so the shampoo did not include any scalp massage. The price is still good for everything I did receive, root touch-up, cut, and blow-dry. Might go back if I only need a root touch up because I don't need a groupon to get the same price.

Well done balayage, really fantastic stylist and great facility. It ended up a little lighter than we requested but it was really pretty otherwise. They also do have some additional charges to the Groupon.

Bait & switch! Purchased Groupon for $99, wasn't listed on Groupon that they charge $17 per bowl of hair color (probably had 4 bowls) & who knows what else I got charged for. I ended spending another $196 on top of $99 Groupon plus tip. Not happy with color of my hair. Also was sold a shampoo for damaged hair, after being put under the dryer about 6 or 7 times, yep probably damaged! Don't go here!

I made an appointment mentioning the nature of coupon - Color, hair cut and blow dry. As I came the girl is telling me that it’s root color not a whole head color ?? And as I told her that color means COLOR. Not roots touch up she claimed it’s Groupon mistake . ( really ?) . I have bought Groupon of color before in other places to try it and they all meant color all over. She was trying to sell me a whole color w/ extra $ 37.00 etc.
The color cut and blow took exactly an hour. In a scale of 1-10 this place is in the - minus . Will never step a foot there - they lost a good client and do not recommend this 0lace to anyone.
