If i can put zero starts i would I sent My boyfriend there for his birthday to get a massage and requested a female he was greeted with and male and did not get what the Groupon said he was suppose to receive i called The manager to rectify the situation and she was extremely unprofessional and rude do not go here at all you will regret it worst spa i have Ever been to!

Unfortunately I did not have a good experience and would not go back to this location. Though it is conveniently located via metro, and the people are friendly, I am not happy with the experience or results. The person who did the botox was kind, but her phone kept ringing and it rang when the needle was in my skin, which created sudden movement as the process was interrupted, and I now have an unnatural bulge on that same side above my eyebrow, which has still not gone away, weeks after the procedure. She apologized but I would have preferred that she silenced her phone, especially because it only takes 5 min for the procedure to be done. This is my 4th time getting botox in 5 years (i space them out a lot) and the first time I've had this problem. At the end, she told me that I can come back if I'm unhappy with the results, but I don't want to go back after that experience. Before we left the room, another person opened the door without knocking, asking to borrow a lamp, and that created more chaotic energy that I felt was not conductive to a safe, calming environment.

Be prepared for the money grab. Nothing about your coupon will be enough or correct. You will be pressured to spend more money.

Service was top notch! Facility was warm, welcoming and peaceful. Will be back for sure!
