The guide really wasn't that knowledgable. The price we paid with coupon was the right price but would have been disappointed if we paid full price.

The tour was way too large, we couldn't hear the tour guide, and when we could hear him, he was telling highly uninteresting detail-less stories. Overall, it was quite boring.

The tour was brought to us by a poor reading of Wikipedia and the Nexus 7. The tour guide gave false Colorado history (JJ Brown died in New York, not in Molly Brown's house) and used lies told about the Massonics to fabricate a stop. Stopping at a building once used as a hospital and declaring that "a lot of people died here" is not a ghost tour. The tour guide read from her Nexus 7 throught the trip and had to google answers to questions after telling us that she had "studied a lot" about the area. Any 4th grader in the state could give a more historically accurate tour, and the ghost stories were practically non-existant. By far the worst tour I have ever been on. Want my money back.

It was a lot of fun and very informative. I had no idea that Cheeseman Park was a cemetery or three. It was a nice night and the walk was fun. The gentleman that led the group around was a bit hard to hear when he would turn his back to the group to point out an interesting building or telling the story of the building. I think he needs a small p.a. that can be used over the traffic and when he turns his back to the group.

The guide was knowledgeable but there was WAY too many people in the group. He couldn't be heard. We left half way through.

From Our Editors

D-Tours' on-foot expeditions cater to tourists, as well as longtime residents who want to learn the secrets of Denver's past. Haunted tours make stops at time-worn cemeteries and historic buildings that are allegedly occupied by ghosts, including Hotel Teatro, where voices have been heard coming from vacant rooms. Some of D-Tours' jaunts are self-guided, allowing participants to travel at their own pace and on their own horses.
