Shannon is awesome! She was great with Bella. My dog is usually anxious for a couple of days after grooming, but not after our trip to Touch of Grace. When I picked her up she was not housed in a wall of kennels next to others, but was happily walking around the room with one other dog. Have never seen her this relaxed after a grooming. The cut was the best she has had. We will definitely be going back.

It is located inside a Doggie Day Care so it is quite loud walking in...However, Shannon groomed my dog and she was lovely. She was very kind and caring and our dog looked and smelled great!

Wow, Shannon did a fabulous job on our small dog (Kiki is ~6lbs). She did what we asked her to do and really cared about Kiki's appearance. She really seemed to care about the comfort of Kiki while she was with her, we will be back to "Touch of Grace Pet Spa" in the future.
