My tip is this: join this boot camp and plan to go back for more than just the first month! Workouts are challenging, fun and ever-changing. Todd has a great personality and cares about each member. This is easily one of the best deals you will find.

I would suggest maybe start an exercise regiment prior to beginning class if you haven't worked out in a while. Atleast be able to run a mile non stop. This is a very challenging program with over 20 participates each day that are very dedicated and push themselves hard each workout. So be ready for anything at this boot camp.
