The service is not as advertised. It's not a 60 minute facial- it's a 60 minute product sales pitch where they give you a face mask and then try to get him to buy $250 product that they will eventually "reduce" to the low low price of $89. Don't go. Better to pay full price at a REAL spa.

This was not a facial. The "facialist" was a pushy salesman. He put me into a room, put something on my face without explaining what it was (only telling me it was "more expensive" than what I bought), and left for 45 minutes with the lights on and top 40 music blasting. He didn't even wash his hands before touching my face. Neither relaxing nor beneficial.

The salt machine was broken so we just sat there. I will not go back -the store was dirty and had no tissue in the bathroom
