Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
Westside Yoga makes yoga fun and inspiring with uplifting music, experienced instructors, and creative sequences! All classes are 60 minutes, because we know that you can practice more often with a shorter time commitment, and regular practice is the key to adopting the yoga lifestyle.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
Our Founder, Amber Barry, discovered yoga in 1998, after almost losing her life in a car crash. Yoga helped Amber recover and feel happy again, during an extremely difficult time. She has been teaching yoga since 2001, and believes that everyone can benefit from this empowering practice.

What do you love most about your job?
We love watching our students reclaim their power! People come to the yoga practice for a wide variety of reasons, but everyone has the same experience of growing stronger and happier because of their efforts. It is beautiful to watch our students transform their life through yoga.
