Great place, excellent variety of games. Understaffed, but I do not know if that was usual or unusual.

It is pretty expensive without the groupon. My groupon also expired by a few days andvthey wouldn't honor the whole thing. That was pretty upsetting!

Pizza not cooked, very doughy. Alot of the arcade games were broken or took our tokens. The line for the laser tag was very unorganized. People were able to jump in front of us. The guys doing the laser tag were not checking wristbands when people were entering to make sure people were paying, the company could be losing alot of money from this.

The laser tag game was fun when the guns worked but more often than not they were broken. Also, the times the business was open kept changing, making it hard to pick a date and time to go.

Hours aren't very good. Need to be more in tune with schools and time off.

Bought the groupon but was difficult to go due to hours of business operation. Then when did get to go was not able to use the free pizza include because the restaurant was not open.

The wristbands are good for laser tag &xbox games only.....not the pool, air hockeyn dance or other games scattered throughout the space. Those require tokens. So unless your kids really enjoy laser tag or don't have an xbox at home, and enjoy doing it for a few hours so you can get your money's worth, it's too pricey.

From Our Editors

Within Game Shack’s digital den, flat-screen TVs line the walls, flickering with the polygonal derring-do of gamers locked in virtual competition with titles for platforms including Xbox, Wii, and PC. While their plush leather video-game chairs make extended sessions as comfortable as they are engaging, Game Shack also brings games to life in their multi-floor, tiered laser-tag arena. Illuminated by black lights, players take aim at opponents against a tropical-themed backdrop depicting a moonlit waterfall, a spooky temple, and tiki men impersonating their favorite Bond villains. The party room hosts large groups for celebrations such as birthdays and special events, with party packages available that arm each member with unlimited laser tag and console gaming. Game Shack also hosts competitive-gaming events, with an official Elo-based ranking system that assigns seeding for tournaments. As players dash and game to their hearts’ delight, the Snack Shack keeps them properly fueled with food such as pizza, hot dogs, chicken wings, Monster energy drinks, and sodas.
