Dr. Tim developed an interest in alternative medicine through his background in chiropractic, but he didn’t start there. In the mid-1990s, the recent grad was working at a pharmaceutical company during the day and moonlighting at a rehab center, all while suffering from debilitating allergies and chronic neck pain. Driven to distraction, he sought the help of a chiropractor, who swiftly got him off the pharmaceutical treatment and on to a more natural approach to health management. He made the life-changing decision to pursue a chiropractic degree for himself shortly afterward. Today, the good doctor encourages a lifestyle built on a five-pillar system of mind, nerves, nutrition, muscle, and detoxification.
