Not only can 1000 Degrees pizzerias be found in hometowns across the nation, but the chain's menu represents pies as they're made in all four corners of this not-really-cornered country. The Trenton tomato pie, for instance, is dotted with dollops of San Marzano marinara atop shredded mozzarella, while hot Italian sausage lends the sausage-and-pepper pie a distinct Chicago feel. There's a classic New York pie, too, as well as a cheesesteak pizza with thin-sliced rib eye. Make no mistake, though, all pizzas are made in the Neapolitan tradition, with thin crusts charred in an oven heated to—you guessed it—1000 degrees Fahrenheit.
