The goal of Austin Açaí Company's cofounders is simple: make healthy food easier to eat. So college freshmen Preston Brown and Alex Yang bought a food trailer and started whipping up smoothies and fruit bowls loaded with the eponymous superfood. Their menu of fresh dishes is fast and cheap, perfect for students and professionals near the UT campus who want to make healthier choices but don't want to sacrifice convenience. Their food is also better for the environment because Austin Açaí Company follows sustainable business practices such as using all-organic produce.
