What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
Our program is unique because of our community. All walks of life are welcome, regardless of age, background, or gender; it doesn't matter. Our crew will welcome you with open arms and support you on your journey.
Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
We promote a friendly, positive atmosphere, encouraging our members to become "accountabilibuddies" to increase enjoyment during workouts and offer support. Our members also enjoy a greater sense of community through our social platforms where they share ideas and words of encouragement.
What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
It was the opportunity to literally create happiness. To help people realize their full potential. Seeing confidence, strength, and triumph on people's faces each and every day is what truly inspires me.
What do you love most about your job?
The relationships! The bonds we create, when teaching, guiding, supporting one another in taking control of our own destinies—it’s unbreakable and so special. It's not just a workout or fitness group; we truly become part of what we like to call our fitness family.
