THE. WORST. EVER. I spent almost 6 months trying to make an appointment with her and she was rude, unhelpful, and unwilling to work with me. Pro tip: If you operate your business for less than 10 hours a week, it is best for you to tell people that upfront. Then, when my voucher expired (and I hadn't been able to get an appointment), she marked me as "redeemed". So she could get her money without actually doing any work. Disgusting. 0/10 do not buy this voucher.

I waited over two months to get an appt, and she canceled day of and rescheduled me the next week. She arrived late with two small children in tow and didn't ask what I wanted because she was distracted. Two other women ended up coming in after she started working on me and she juggled all three of us, which is a major red flag. She didn't communicate with me at all, hardly even small talk, and only offered me a glass of water after I'd been sitting there for over an hour. She was rough with my thick, wavy hair when coloring, washing, and styling it. She blew it out but it was still damp and wavy on the top, and she started cutting my bangs before I was even finished telling her how I like them. She also completely messed up my undercut and now the line is crooked and the hair is uneven, and she irritated my scalp by how short the clipper she were even though I told her I have sensitive skin and to not cut it too short. There was hardly a difference in color and I ended up going to someone else to fix my hair. I'm all for giving people a chance, especially working moms starting their careers, but my experience was so terrible that I had to warn other people. Maybe she was just having a bad day, but I was entirely unimpressed.

Very bad communication, very difficult to get ahold of her to schedule. Double booked the appointment, hair was not a balayage at all, she only used toner, used it all over so it is like a solid lighter color with roots (not gradual at all). Hair was left very dry and damaged.

Awful! Burnt scalp, left bleach in hair over an hr after I was told my hair might fall out at the root if she put bleach in it at all! I have spots in my hair, she missed gaps in my head.charged extra for this! Does not respond to her poor work! She shampooed the color in! I was scolded for her not having the proper utensils! Groupon needs to take this down --> worse experience ever! NIGHTMARE!

I don't recommend this business at all!They are very rude on the telephone and have horrific attitudes! They don't not care if you lose your money.They answer your call and tell you they will call back but they don't so they can waste the 72hr time frame that you can cancel your Groupon! This women is not delicate so I don't trust my hair in her hands.My Grupon friends think twice before purchace

Poor experience. To the point where I texted her afterwards because I was not happy with the results and she never responded. I went to another salon shortly afterwards and they couldn't believe how uneven my layers had been cut. Disappointing and a waste of money.
